OTTC Certified Semi-Trailers
TITAN Vehicle holds OTTC — the EAEU vehicle type approval under TR CU 018/2011 (Одобрение типа транспортного средства) — for the trailer families below. Vehicles covered by an OTTC can be registered and operated in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia without additional type approval.
What is OTTC?
OTTC is the mandatory vehicle type approval for wheeled vehicles entering the Eurasian Economic Union. Semi-trailers fall under vehicle categories O3/O4 (gross weight over 3.5 t). Without an OTTC, a semi-trailer cannot be customs-cleared, registered, or insured in EAEU member states. Most Chinese trailer factories do not hold one — models marked below ship direct from our factory.

Certified envelopes: length ≈ 9–17.2 m, width 2.5–2.55 m (lowbed up to 3.0 m), gross weight up to 90 t, depending on family and axle configuration. Final configuration is always verified against the certificate before shipment.
