To meet growing global demand, TITAN Vehicle has invested in a major production expansion at our Shandong manufacturing facility. The new production line, operational since Q2 2024, increases our annual output capacity by 40%.

Key Upgrades Include:

• Automated CNC plasma cutting: Precision cutting of steel plates with tolerances under 1mm
• Robotic welding stations: Consistent, high-quality welds on critical structural joints
• E-coating paint line: Full-immersion electrophoretic coating for superior corrosion resistance
• Expanded testing area: Hydraulic pressure testing, brake testing, and load testing for every unit

Shorter lead times — most standard models now ship within 15-20 working days. Larger batch orders (10+ units) benefit from dedicated production scheduling and volume pricing.
